14. Results of Violating Regulations.

ZZ361 and the Member shall abide by the Service and the relevant laws, regulations, zz361 and the Member are independent contractors and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.

19. Links.

You further acknowledge and agree that zz361 shall not reliable for any direct or indirect losses caused by any result from the website or resources such as contents, information, products, services or other materials.
20. Force Majeure.
